create macro that clears text from a text box

Hi all

I am working on a sheet where I want to be able to clear the contents of a text box ie: fill out a form, then press reset button to print & start again. I have tried till Im blue in the face and cannot get it right. Im using Excel 2007 (thinking of going back to 2003 lol)

I think the problem is that the text box is created in the INSERT>TEXTBOX rather than the old 2003 version where you use the old style forms toolbar (which seems to be gone??)

Any help would rock guys, thanks in advance!

It hasn't gone, there's an Insert button in the Developer Tab.

thanks for that, I worked out how to show that toolbar - but I cannot insert a text box from there. Is there a way a macro can be coded to just delete the contents of the text box I currently have?

You will need to use the correct name of your shape
