enabling 'save macro' through out workbook

below is code for saving to file with a name chosen by cells on sheet a1, formerly by using a button on a1. how do i modify code so that it would still save as cells a3, a1, on sheet 1, but could be clicked through out the workbook (button is now on toolbar, but i still have to return to a1 for it to work)?
