    Invoices based on timesheet

I am trying to make an invoice that would auto populate depending on information on timesheet. I have them both in the same workbook. Some days we might work on several different jobs so I would need an invoice for each job, taking the hrs entered for each job on the timesheet and putting them on the corresponding invoice. On my invoice I have a dropdown list with labour and supplies. And use vlookup to bring up the corresponding price for that item.I need a formula to extract the information from the specific rows on my timesheet and put them in a specific cell in the corresponding invoice.(eg)It would see on timesheet that in f2&g2 that there are 2 different charge out ticket #s and would make out 2 invoices. On invoice 50575 it would see that in cell c88&c89 there are 2 w/h totaling 21 hrs and would put welders helper in c58 the total hrs in d58,then the invoice would calculate automaticialy..Basicaly I want to be able to fill out my timesheet, click button that makes the invoices. Go to each invoice and put in description of work, etc, click a button on each invoice that would print out 2 copies save the invoice in a specific folder with date and afe # as file name, and then delete the sheet from the workbook. So all I would be left with in the workbook would be the time sheet. Not sure if this is even possible or maybe there would be an easier way. I am just trying to eliminate mistakes made when entering in hr,s for men and equipment on invoices I am not that handy at excel so if someone could help me I would appreciate it.See attach. Thanks Ben
