How to Keep headers while merging worksheets into master list

I found a macro that does what I need from Ron de Bruin's website

It's perfect besides that I want to keep the headers for my information.
Is there a change that I can do to: Also get Row 1 from the first sheet I merge while starting all the other sheets at Row 2?

Or perhaps I could clear the Master List each time instead of deleting it from Row 2 onwards?

Ideas and help is much appreciated!
