Taking data from sheet 3 and auto entering it useing a keyword to sheet 1

so say sheet 1 has a break down of who works and what time they do. sheet 3 has the schedule on it. if i put the day of the week in one of the specified cells is it possible to take all the people and times they work and auto enter it on sheet 1? and i would love to email the sheet to someone who wants to take this challange on.
