Formulas don't disappear unless something disappears them, steve.

hi shg
i have it as a purchase order
and it saves again as the original plus one more on the purchase order number
but the formulas are then gone
Sorry, I don't follow that.and it saves again as the original plus one more on the purchase order number

when i click and save the file ( button at bottom )( print copy and save )
it will print 2 copies , copy the details form sheet 1 to sheet 2 , save the file to the specific folder and then reset the purchase order plus one more number
ie w001 to w002
the formulas will then be lost
i would ideally like to save it as a pdf so it cant be altered
You have code that clears the formulas:
You also have a circular reference on that sheet that you should sort out. Please Login or Register to view this content.
any advice please shg would be gratefully received
Steve, I don't know what you're trying to do. Why are you clearing the formulas if you don't want them cleared?
i am trying to save the sheet to the specific folder as it does now
but i really want it to save just the first sheet in to the specific folder as a pdf
i then need it to clear the cells and save as a new order with the purchase order increasing by one
sometimes i have to manually input a number into a cell that has code that over writes it
how can i get this so that next time i open it after its saved it will have the formula in the cell?
bump bump bump
