    copying and pasting data in separate sheet

    hi All,

    I need help again....

    I get the file for the sales report from North America region. I need to put all the different region in separate sheet and analyse

    Ex- Canada, USA and Lat America, all need to be divided in to their own sheet and the analyse them.....

    Is there any macro which can do that.

    Depends on the layout of the data. The obvious solution would be a PivotTable.

    There is a macro that can do that. It needs to be written to suite your workbook.

    How is your workbook laid out?

    I am attaching the file for your referance.

    The pivot table wont work for me as i need to give the data to different manager and they dont want their data shown to other managers.

    You can use a PivotTable because it has a drill down feature that creates separate sheets of data.
