Allowing different ranges to be chosen

I have one thing left on this project. Everything is working correctly but I need the form to chose levels on a line by line basis. Right now if I chose a level that equals lets say level 2 in the table on the data sheet all items will have the level 2 price. I need to make it so it can have the capability of each line having a different level if needed. Is it possible to change one of the formula's to adjust the level on a line by line basis?
    Any help is appreciated.
By the way this is an awsome forum for newbies.

Check this out. Selecting a value in the drop down displays associated values in multiple columns of the same row. I think you could adapt this.

I am still having a problem getting the lines to price out individually. When I try to change it my pricing does not come out right.
Still need any help or suggestions that are out there.

    Thanks,

I see no changes from your original question so I cannot see why my proposed solution does not work.
