    Trouble with Selection_Change Event

I'm trying to protect cells based on what's input in column E. Here's what I tried, but it doesn't work. Any ideas? It's giving me a "Type Mismatch" error on the word "Annuity" where it appears first. It's a rather archaic code since I'm new at VB, but hopefully it makes sense of what I'm trying to accomplish. Any help is appreciated! I've also attached my workbook. The code is not currently in there because it doesn't work.
