Copy Paste section of macro not working in shared file

Hi I have a small macro that was written so that numerous worksheets when open can "collect" the company logo when needed to print out a fax. Works perfectly but when I introduced it today it will not work when the file is shared. Unfortunatley the file has to be shared. Any assistance appreciated. Rgds Nigel
