Select all textfields in a document and calculate field INCLUDEPICTURE

Dear all,

I'm having some problems with solving the following task.

I want to create a serial letter for customers that adds the signature of the responsible person in form of a picture at the bottom of the page.

As a database I got something like this in an excel file:
customer1 | responsible person1
customer2 | responsible person2
customer3 | responsible person2
customer4 | responsible person1
customer5 | responsible person3

I could solve this task by using INCLUDEPICTURE. But what I now want to do is to write the name of the responsible person ABOVE the signature. The only way I could imagine was to insert textfields and write INCLUDEPICTURE with the corresponding paths into these textfields.

And here is my problem:
Now I need to calculate all INCLUDEPICTURE commands in the textfields. But I couldn't find a way to select all of them without having to click on every single one of them (>600).

Somebody got an idea?

INCLUDEPICTURE is part of MS Word, not Excel

You're right, the serial letter is created in word.

However, I don't think i'm completely wrong with searching for advice here.
