exchange rate download

Hi, Wondering if anyone can help.

The attached file has two bits of code inserted in the module section of the VBE. The first bit should work on it's own. When I change the amount in cell A2, cell B2 in dollars updates using the formula in the code. I have used 1.5 as the exchange rate.

I want the rate to be downloaded automatically from the web. The second bit of code should do that already. I just need to write a function to do that.

So instead of the rate being 1.5 as in the first bit of code, I want that rate to be from the web. The 2nd bit of code in the module is downloading the latest rate from
www.x-rates.com/d/USD/table.htm.

Any help would be much appreciated.
