    Expiration of project

I want to create a spreadsheet to track completion of physical examinations. The start of the examination process will have a start date and a expiration date. As an example, a beginning date will listed in A2 and an expiration of the process in F2. I need a visual cue to let my staff know that the uncompleted process is nearing the dealine of say...60 days. I want the whole row of entries to turn yellow at 30 days until deadline and red at 7 days until deadline. Can this be done with conditional formatting?

Hi and welcome to the board
Wouldn't it be easier to use a Project Management Application?
    Also consider using Outlook

Select all the data of interest (assumed to start in row 2) and do Format > Conditional Formatting

Condition 1, Formula Is, =$F2 > TODAY() - 7 and format as red

Condition 2, Formula Is, =$F2 > TODAY() - 30 and format as yellow
Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate
