If then macro/scenario fullfilment

What i want to do is make it in such a way that column G gets adjusted as follows:

If value D>G--> OK but If D<G then make G=D

and also check if double entries in column A and delete them (by double entries i mean not the bolded number which is same as the unbloded but 2x unbolded entries)
