Cycle sheets & copy color coding

Dear all,

I have created a sheets which needs to capture information from a maximum of 5 other sheets. The path of the files I have captured with getopenfile. Although the source data is each time in the same range, the destination changes for each different file. I have two questions regarding this:

1- Is there any way to do this efficiently?
2- Cells in the source ranges are colored by conditional formatting. Is there any way to transfer the color to the destination cells.
