Macro to reset drop-down to first value

I have never written a macro, but think I need one. I have multiple sheets in a work book each representing a day of the week. For each day of the week (sheet) there are 32 drop-down list boxes that trigger other functions in the work book. At the end of the week I would like to click a button and have all 32x7= 224 list scroll back up to the top value in the dropdown (this value is blank) and then my work book would be clean and ready to start a new week.
Now I am having to manually click every drop-down and scroll it up to the top.
Any help would be appreciated!!! I have already placed the button on one sheet but am lost at this point.

    Welcome to the forum.

Select all the cells containing drop-downs, and assign a name by typing it in the Names box (left of the Formula bar); e.g., DropDowns

To clear the sheet, type the name in the Names box and hit the Delete key.

    Not sure what you mean?
They are already named "Drop Down 36", "Drop Down 37", ... etc.
When i hit the delete key with the name highlighted it does not do anything.

Are these cells with data validation, or controls from the Forms toolbar or Control Toolbox?
