Matching rows from different sheets

Hi,
I have attached a workbook to make things clearer. In reality the files are much larger

Im quite puzzled with this issue: I have two sheets containing data, which i want to get on one sheet. The idea is that both the ID and the Date (difference of +7 or -7 days allowed) from file 1 are matched and than pasted behind the relevant data of file 2. Sheet 3 shows how it should look like.
I have tried find functions in VBA, Vlookup, advanced filter and Index match functions but it doesnt work properly. Any ideas or leads?

his seems to be working very good. The only thing that is missing is the once that are not matching (not quoted with "a"). Those have to be put in the sheet too but more like inserted i guess. This code is already super, maybe you can help me get in the ones that are not matching?
