Uncheck checkbox based on cell C4 Changing

I would like to uncheck a checkbox based on a change in C4.
(I am using the Forms check box)

That did not seem to work....

Maybe it is conflicting with the code I already have?

Make sure that the checkbox his snippet is referencing, is actually referencing to YOUR check box. Without yoru spreadsheet attached we can only make up code as an example. Your checkbox might be Checkbox 5 instead of 9. Check its properties.

Range K10 is linking to a cell, and may not be linked properly to your control.
