Thumbs up Making asymmetrical information symmetrical (VBA)

I work with an accounting system called SAP, and ever so often I've got the "privilege" of updating a vendors list. The System spits out the information in a jumbled manner. I thought the information was uniformed, but to my dismay, it isn't. In Columns C, J, and M, on the sheet named "Confused Dump" I need to get the information relating to the cells beside the cells B8, B19, B22, B28, etc (vendor, City, Street, Pay Term, etc, I've highlighted them in green), and I need to put them on the sheet named "Completed_Format" in the format on that sheet.
I tried adapting a code seen here, but it didn't work. Is there some code that can solve my problem?
I've attached the file with the information changed. The Confused_Dump information goes over 40000 lines on the original dump.
Yeap, it is Christmas Eve, and I'm still thinking about solving this problem.

    Hello Xrull,

Merry Christmas! Nollaig Chridheil! (Scottish) I found that you didn't mark the "Name" on the "Confused" sheet, but had a column on the second sheet for it, and you had the region marked on the first sheet but no column on the second. These have been added. The macro will format the data according the columns on the formatted sheet.

    Adding the Macro
    1. Copy the macro above pressing the keys CTRL+C
    2. Open your workbook
    3. Press the keys ALT+F11 to open the Visual Basic Editor
    4. Press the keys ALT+I to activate the Insert menu
    5. Press M to insert a Standard Module
    6. Paste the code by pressing the keys CTRL+V
    7. Make any custom changes to the macro if needed at this time.
    8. Save the Macro by pressing the keys CTRL+S
    9. Press the keys ALT+Q to exit the Editor, and return to Excel.

    To Run the Macro...
To run the macro from Excel, open the workbook, and press ALT+F8 to display the Run Macro Dialog. Double Click the macro's name to Run it.

I have been trying to attach your workbook with the macro in it, but I keep getting a Excel Forum Database error.

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

    Thanks

    Leith Ross,
Thank you very much. I used to sit and use formulas and filters for 2 to 3 hours to get the information.
When I grow up I want to be like you.
I've got to do much more work on these macros.
Merry Christmas to you and yours.
