Removing Named Ranges

I have a worksheet that was created using all the same info from the past 3 years. Only thing is this worksheet is now showing a size of 2.31MB when past ones sow only 733kb. I see under the properties and content tab that there is a part called "Named Ranges" and is has over 65 Print Titles. How do I remove these Named Ranges which might be causing this wrksheet to either load fast or save .

Properties and content tab? What version of Excel are you using?

Insert > Name > Define, select each one that you want to delete, and click Delete.

I doubt that that's the source of the bloat, though.
