code tidying

is there anyway of tidying this code up
is there such a think as a code tidier?
im not sure but i think this looks a mess
dont get me wrong it works great but it does seem excessive

This can be condensed by using the BorderAround method. There are four possible arguments: Line Style, Weight, ColorIndex, and Color. If can specify either Line Style or Weight, but not both. The same holds for Color Index and Color. Unless the inside Vertical, Horizontal, and diagonals have been set in the cells previously, you don't need to include them. This example is based on Excel 2003.
