Need a macro formula

I need a macro formula that will do the following:

If C1 =X F1 =X G1=X AND H1=X THEN I WANT N://ORDERS/TEST.DOC TO OPEN
IF C2 =X F2 =X G2 =X AND H2=X THEN I WANT N://ORDERS/TEST1.DOC TO OPEN

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
