    Create new Excel file based on category

    ONE Data1 Data2 Data3 Data4
    TWO Data1 Data2 Data3 Data4
    THREE Data1 Data2 Data3 Data4
    TWO Data1 Data2 Data3 Data4
    TWO Data1 Data2 Data3 Data4
    ONE Data1 Data2 Data3 Data4


    With the example above as reference my goal is to take from one file that contain all the data I'm working with and create new files based on data in a given cell that I'll refer to as category.

    So... With the data above I would end up with 3 new excel files ONE.xls, TWO.xls, and THREE.xls. In those new files they would contain the data in the rows with the corresponding category.

    Try posting again in the Programming secion. You'll need a macro, so that's where to get the help.
