    Compare two sheets

    Hello all,

I am tied down with a problem. I have two sheets of data. The sheet1 has two columns, ID and Spouse ID. Each of the IDs neccessarily need not have a spouse ID.

In the sheet2 I have IDs and their prospect informations. Its like I have 4 columns of information. The first column is ID, second is Name, Third is Assignment 1 and Fourth being Assignment 2.

My query is that I need to match my ID in the sheet2 with either the ID column or Spouse ID column in sheet 1 and if a match is found copy the corresponding row data from sheet2 to sheet1.

Any help on solving the problem is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Vivek

    vivekrahul,

It would help if you attached a copy of your workbook - scroll down and see "Manage Attachments".
