Range Select problem

I am having a problem putting a range select statement in my macro. Here is what I'm trying to do.

I want to select E1, then count down 10 cells below and copy. My sheet is filtered, so those rows are not continues. When I do the record a macro it highlights the rows and it looks like this (e10:e506, but it's only 10 items). I only want it to count down 10 cells and copy.

Is there a statement for this.
