Problem with Macro to delete Rows containing certain text

I have put together a macro that will delete rows (called DeleteUnwantedRows) in a spreadsheet that contain the phrases "no further action" and "not applicable" ... However the macro does not appear to be working ... I followed the macro programming as instructed - but with no luck ..

I have attached a copy of the document im working on ... Any help will be muchly appreciated ...
