Map the data and attach in a New work book with an Outlook email

Anybody please help,

I have to send around 150 mails per day to complete my work

Here i need to do a lot of manual work by opening a excel sheet & updating the data in sheet and again then open a new outlook mail and attach the spread sheet and update the bosy line in the mail and has to send to the field here i have different managers and different Email Body lines so it takes 3 hrs to complete my work.

Can any one help me in this regards

The below is what i am seeking a help from you:

if I place my cursor in the cell A in the names list and run the macro then it should generate the list of reporting authority given in the details list with mapping the email ID from the tracker and should be placed in a new work book and attached in a Outlook file as an attachment with the email address given and should contain the body line which is present in the Column D
