Field Criteria and Header row

I got the following code off of Ozgrid. I was able to get it to work about 90% of what I want.

Ok, I may have a "Yes" in column G, H, or I. Not neccesarily all of them. I can get the information in either column if I want. But I cannot get it to give me all three. In other words one row may have a Yes, another row may have a yes in column G and H. But I will only get H with the coding I have up there. Plus if row 2 has information in it anywhere it will get copied to the second sheet each time. How to I fix these problems? I tried the following:
