Word splitting for camel Cased words using VBA

I have a list of words some Title cased, and some camelCased. Each cell contains one word. I need to write a macro which if encounters a cell with camelcased word like "ExcelMacros" or "excelMacros" would add new row and add "excel" and "macro" to their own cells. Is looping each cell for the character code the way to solve this problem or is there a better way?
