VlookUp for more then 1 value

Hi All,

I need to do the vlookup with all the companies and their rep.
In some of the big companies there could be more then one rep, some time 1 company has 6 reps.
But a normal vlookup will gives me only one value.

Is there any formula or macro which can give me all the reps name for that company?

Why not use AutoFilter? Maybe even a PivotTable

The data is very big. If i make PivotTable its not allowing me to create , as there are more than 6000 companies

Sounds like Access might be a better option
