    Insert element into existing array

    Hello,

If I have an array with 2 elements, is it possible to insert a new element as position (0) and fill all of the rows with the same value? From what I have read, I would need to use ReDim Preserve as I don't want to lose the existing data within the array.

    Many thanks,
    J

    Hello gnome_core,

You can redimension a dynamic array at any time using ReDim. However, you can only change the last dimension of the array. To retain all the previous values you must use the Preserve statement also.
