Working Macro Code to insert random value. Only C48 needs to go to G15 etc.

I need to move value of G12 to a random position. Example: When G12=8 and H12=3.22, then H12 moves to C22 and shifts all the existing cells below C22 down. This code works untill C48. I need C48 to got to G15 & so on and so forth.
