Anyone with experience generating multiple emails from data held in a table. I have a table made up of 6 columns and a variable number of rows. Column A has the recipient's name; B has the recipient's email address; C has the email subject heading; D to F contains numbers to two decimal points. I would like to generate an email for each row of data EXCEPT where column F value (number to 2-decimal points) is 0.00. the email should be sent to the email address in column B with a subject heading in column C. The body of the email will consist of a common paragraph for every recipient, followed by 3 lines of text, each one pulling in the data in column D, E and F respectively. the text can be part of the worksheet.
I am using Excel 2003 and Outlook
