    Formatting a formula

Need help formulating a Formula in Excel.
My data (sample shown) is about 200 rows
The “Rank” changes each month based on Sales Rev.

Rank Title Name Branch Region Sales
1 MGR JUDY Philadelphia Eastern $105,560
2 ABC JAMES Houston Southern $87,165
3 ABC SALLY New York Eastern $54,222
4 ABC STEVE Minneapolis Central $51,067
5 MGR JOE New York Eastern $37,540

Need to SUM Sales Rev for each Region and
Put results in Cell J27 if Region = Eastern
Put results in Cell J28 if Region = Western
Put results in Cell J29 if Region = Southern
Put results in Cell J30 if Region = Central

Appreciate any help you can provide.

    Re: Formatting a formula

Check out SUMIF function in XL Help

eg: =SUMIF(range holding criteria, criteria value, range holding values)
