Removing Formulas keeping Values as Text

Hi all,
I have workbooks that have a master sheet where job location, project#, ect. are located. Remaining sheets have functions as "=MASTER!D8" to transfer from master sheet. I have had probems with Adobe converting a single sheet of these books to pdf when the master sheet is not included. Is it posible to remove the functions from the sheets and leave the values? Or another avenue?

You can copy & pastespecial as values.

Formulas should not stop Acrobat from converting to a PDF
