    outlook macro

Hi, i was just wondering if anybody know of any good resourses for excel to outlook macros, specifically for copying contact and appointment details from excel to outlook. I've had a good search on the net, but it just yields lots of code, im looking more for learing resources etc.

As always any help is greatly appreciated.

I often refer here: http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=40 though this is more focused on coding from within OL itself the basics are obviously the same ... ie you will be looking to control OL from XL ... same object model.
