Code to create text pivot table

Afternoon,

I am trying to create a pivot table that returns a text value rather than a sum or count but am really stuck.

Although in the file there are only one competitor part number against any part number in reality there could be multiples.

I have attached a file that demonstrated what I am trying to do.
