excel application for reading data from other excel files

Hi all,
Here is an excel file, which is fetching the data from other files containing few column heading.
I want an excel application, which can browse other excel files who contains some columns (lets say 10 columns) like name, age etc...and that application (mostly vba or macro based) should be able to read browsed excel files and pull out the data in tabular form.

also, it should be able to work with 2003 and 2007.

Please find attached such excel application and check out the code, it is somehow working with 2003, can somebody make it working with 2007.

also, please provide an attachement of excel file with requested application for above obejctive for reading data from other excel files in one go.
