VBA macros in a menu or toolbar, to be used by a team of people

Hi all,

I have workbook with all the macros i need (DTA.XLS).

I like to share these macros with a team of people

So i want to create a menu or toolbar and send to all in my team, so that they can easily install in their excel and use it

How to make this possible

I believe it should be possible by custom menu, but how to send these custom menus to all my team

Please help me to solve this.
