code to bring up the save as window

im trying to write a code that asks a question and give's a yes or no result

it must happen when the workbook is opened first thing.

if yes then it brings up the save as window

if no then it end's the sub.

can someone write a generic code that works? so i can see what im doing wrong here.

this seems to work except it doesn't save. i should also mention that im using 2007 and it needs to be accessible for 2003 users.
