macro not turning minutes to hours

this macro is not coverting minutes to hours. Also i don't know how to reformat the macro to give me hours. Can some one please help

If you use code to add the formula =NOW then that time will alter as the workbook calculates. To avoid having to copy & paste special, use this instead

Where's the problem with the hours?

The problem with the hours is its not moving from minutes to hours in both the diffence colums and assembly time. i thank you for you help

Where is the time calculated, try to say in which macro & how. There's a lot of code to look through!
