Trouble in taking a column from one sheet, modifying and pasting in another sheet

Hi,

I need to pick one column from sheet1. I need to perform a calculation based on it and then enter a value in another sheet. This is what i did.

Now i have several issues with the above code.
One, for some reason i need to take one less than the actual column count i am getting for AidColNum and AnameColNum.

Strangely, for BillColNum i need to take 3 less to make it refer to the correct column!!

Can somebody please explain that to me??

Also, when i am trying to find the last column number it always gives me one.
Can somebody please help me!

Hi problem solved...
i was assigning different column number to the required variable..
and the had a syntax error in the formular1c1!!
