Using drop down menus to analyse data

Hi, i have attached a simple spreadsheet containing my data.
The first row contains the headings.
What I would like to do is create a menu page that would allow you to analyse the data by any of the fields, and look up certain values in any field and return the data set.

For example, all rows relating to group 1 in "Method" (H column), or
All entries where start date between 20 Feb 2009 and 24 Feb 2009 (col I).
    or
All of Manager B (column K) data where the category is "Finished" (column N)

At the moment there are 64 test rows of data, that will grow, and could be as much as 10,000 rows.

Is this possible, and any help gratefully received.

    Thanks as always.

    Use a Pivot Table:

You will find a plethora of tutorials on line, demo's on YouTube etc...

A Pivot Table is designed for this very task... superlative reporting ability for little/no effort on the part of the developer and generally does not require any specific knowledge of formulae.

Thanks DonkeyOTE, I had thought about pivot tables, but my boss wants it to be driven by drop down menus on a front page which links to the data.

Is that possible? or is he asking the impossible ?
    Thanks,x
