    Educational List

    hey, i have this attendance list i found(attached). it works excellent except i would like to add to its functionality.

    1. at the end of each week for each student i want to be able to type progress comments

    2. i would also like it so each students name can 'drop down' to basic contact info (address, contact #, emergency contact # date)

    this is my first reach out for help i know absolutely nothing about excell can any offer any assistance.

    I've adjusted this version so that instead of weekends, you get a blank column between weeks. You can adjust the width of those columns as needed each month.

    Sorry, I almost added a macro, then didn't. You can delete the Module1 to get that message to go away:

    Alt-F11 to open the Editor
    On the left, find the Modules, Module1 and right-click > Delete it.
    Alt-F11 to close the Editor
    Save, close and reopen your sheet, no more macro warning.
