Syntax if replacing a cell ref. with a named range?

    Hi

I've got a macro that currently says:
    If .Range("DP3").Value > 0 Then
MsgBox "ONE-UP RATING MUST BE ENTERED FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WITH A RECOMMENDATION"'Cancel = True
    Exit Sub
    End If

I want to replace "DP3" with the new named range of Rec_No_Rating

Can someone help me with the correct syntax using the name rather than the cell ref?

    thanks
