copy and paste

i want help to copy a row from one sheet and paste it in another sheet based on a condition

anybody have idea how to do this

What condition/

If Worksheets("Compared Excel").Cells(r, c).Formula Like "*<>*" Then
ecn.Cells(r, c).Offset(0, 0).Interior.Color = vbGreen
ecn.Cells(r, c).Formula = cf1 & cf2
End If

this code works fine to copy the cells with diferent values.
i want to copy that entire row with different cell value
