    Consolidating Data

    Hello,
    I looking for a way to consolidate the data in this spreadsheet so that I am able to only see the full cells for each row. I have attached the spreadsheet and with a tab for what I hope the output could be. Is there a way to do this?
    Sorry I am unable to describe this better, if this should be posted elsewhere please let me know.
