CheckBox in Excel

Hi,

I received a spreadsheet form containing some checkboxes that I need to tick. The problem is I dont know how can I tick/show the check mark on the checkbox. everytime I double click it, macro vb screen appears. Can someone help me on this please.

Sounds like you are in Design mode still.

If you click the checkbox once do you get the white round selection handles?

Display the Control Toolbox toolbar and click the Design button (ruler/triangle/pencil)

Hi Andy,

Yes, there are 4 white round selections when I click the checkbox. When I click the design button, this error message appears:

"Macros are disabled because the security level is set to High and a digitally signed Trusted Certificate is not attached to the macros...etc.."

How can I enable the macro?

Tools > Macros > Security.
Set the level to Medium

You will have to reopen the workbook.
