Randomly choosing cells from a selected range

I am trying to write a code that will allow a user to select a range of cells and then output a certain number of random cell values from that selected range.

So far I have this function:

This function will return a random cell value from a range that was selected. I want to use this function in making the code I explained above.

I want the code to run through a userform (which ive already made). The userform allows will allow the user to input a range, select how many random cell values they want returned from the input range, and choose an output destination to return the cell values.

I need help on how to start the subroutine that the userform will call. I know the subroutine will involve these variables:
RangeSelected - the range selected by the user
NumCells - how many cell values the user wants returned
    OutputD - the output destination
