    Functional Listbox in User Form

Hi, I would like to know how to insert a functional list box in a user form within VBA.

I want to have a user form that a user can pick 2 items from two different list boxes and then click a button to add these items to a new row in an excel spreadsheet so that I can create a list of data

    Thanks

What have you got so far? Can you post example.

There are many examples on the forum of writing data to the next empty row in a spreadsheet.
    Cheers
